Module 4 Lab: Spatial Enhancement, Multispectral Data, and Band Indices

In this lab we ended up making 3 subset maps from the main map. In here I chose the third map which details a lake in the bottom left of the main map. This is a body of water near a bunch of cultivated land which is mostly housing and businesses. I detailed the layers with the red band being layer 1, the green band being layer 4 (which caused the most change to this layer) and the blue band using layer 3. This altered the landscape changing the water to more of a bright pink color (in this area only though). This area was vastly different in its coloring than any other body of water on the map. The main focus of this map was to find a body of water which had a different coloring scheme to it and this feature matched that description better than any other. By altering the bands and referencing to the pixels we can see vastly different changes in the map features and being able to not only identify but speculate on the features in any maps being identified.
